In 2022, casa reîa collaborated with chef Udi Barkan who took part in the creation of its menu and helped define its gastronomic identity.
Udi Barkan has been promoting a healthy food culture through cooking shows and government collaborations to improve the food offering in schools across Israel.
Working alongside chef Dario Costa, Udi Barkan utilised his vast network of local providers and passion for fruits, vegetables, and olive oils to craft nourishing, finger-licking recipes that elevated reîa’s culinary experience.
