BOOKING POLICY

a) Grace period: 15 minutes- we highly recommend to arrive on time to your reservation. If you arrive late to your booking, we will add your name to our waiting list. Be mindful of the heavy traffic on the bridge during weekends;

b) If you would like to make a reservation for more than 8 guests, please email your request to : welcome@casareia.com;

c) For bookings of 8 guests and more, we invite you to send an email to welcome@casareia.com with all the names of your guests- failure to complete this step may imply an automatic cancellation of your booking. We invite you to send the names as soon as possible, ahead of your booking;

d) Our reservation system does not allow more than one booking under the same name - the system will automatically keep the most recent one;

e) We try our best to allocate you the desired table, however, we are not able to guarantee specific tables nor areas;

f) The reservation for tables is for guests wishing to have lunch/dinner with us. If you are looking to have drinks only, you are not required to make a reservation.

g) We can't guarantee that different groups will sit next to each other, hence we encourage our guests to send us an email to welcome@casareia.com inquiring about a large group reservation;

h) Each reservation has a duration of 2 hours. If you wish to spend the day with us, we invite you to reserve sunbeds as well- these will be available until 19h00;

EVENT POLICY

i) From Thursday to Sunday we have live music - from 19h00 onwards we apply an artist cover of 7 euros per person for everyone with a booking.j) On the days we host our " Dionysian Mysteries" event, all the guests will be required to purchase a ticket in order to confirm their booking;

j) Dress code: casual (no sports clothes are allowed). No swimsuit/ no shirtless guests inside the restaurant area.

k) Please note that it is forbidden to bring food/drinks from the outside;

l) Kids under 12 are d to be under supervision of an adult at all times in the dining areas.

m) Dogs are permitted on a leash;

n) Birthday cake: if you intend to bring a birthday cake, we invite you to send us an email to welcome@casareia.com 4 days prior to your booking. A fee of 5 euros per person will be applied;

o) We welcome you to celebrate special occasions with us. At the same time, we would like to inform you that theme parties (bachelor/bachelorette) are not permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

p) We invite you, in case you can’t visit us anymore, to cancel your reservation within 24 hours prior to your arrival time to avoid a no show fee of 30 euros per person charged in the event of a late cancellation;

a) Our sunbeds are available to rent from 11 am.

b)We have two types of sunbeds: we have double beds (70 euros per day) and we have umbrellas which include two individual beds (50 euros per day).Please make sure to select the option you prefer to have;

c) We allow a maximum of 3 guests per umbrella/ double bed.

d) You should receive an email to submit your credit card details in order to confirm your booking. We do not charge anything, we hold a deposit which will be released after you arrive at your booking. 

​e) Please note it is forbidden to bring food/drinks from the outside;

f) Please make sure to bring your beach towel and sunscreen;

g) The payment of the sunbeds is made upon arrival- you will then be given a bracelet.

h) Cancellation Policy: if you are unable to make it to your reservation, please make sure to cancel your reservation as soon as possible ( latest within 24 hours prior to your booking) to avoid the penalty fee of the respective bed.
